State of flower

‘You are extremely attractive and handsome!’
exclaimed the passerby,
‘your fresh fragrance is charming to the conscience like the fresh youth provided by an angel.’

‘Oh, you neither possess any attractive appearance nor sweet special smell,’
uttered the other on hearing it.

But the flower neither greeted the first nor looked with contempt at the other.

Such a self-absorbed state or ecstasy
wherein the great transcends even the idea of greatness –
my continuous prayer may be for that,
that sublime state of mind!
